***Any cancellations of orders after the 10 day allowance window will result in a 60% restocking fee and be billed immediately.
* All merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.
* All claims for damaged or defected items must be made within seven days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence.
* No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Thank you for your interest in our brand and for being a stockist of Rachel Riley clothing collections. We are keen to assist our wholesale customers with their online sales, so to maintain an even playing field for all retail partners, we ask that you respect the following:
Any online sales of Rachel Riley products must first be approved by our team. If you have an existing wholesale account and would like to sell our products through your online store, please email email@example.com or call Shannon directly at 212-534-7477. If you have previously been granted permission for online sales, you don’t need to contact us.
We encourage all approved online sellers to use Rachel Riley photography for their listings. Product and lifestyle images can be accessed through our B2B site: rachelrileywholesale.us, or our retail site: rachelriley.com. If you need assistance accessing images, please contact us.
Pricing, Discounts, & Promotions
All online sellers are required to sell Rachel Riley products at our recommended retail price.

Our retail pricing can be found on our B2B site, retail site, line lists, and collection guides. Temporary discounts & promotions are permitted under the following parameters for current/in-season collections:
-Sales and Promotions lasting 7 days or less
-Discounts of 25% or less
Any sales, special offers, discounts, or promotions exceeding a 7-day time frame and/or a 25% discount level must first be approved in writing by our team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries. Free Shipping promotions are permitted at the seller’s discretion. Discounting is not permitted on Heritage collection or Rachel Riley footwear unless specified in writing by our team. At the end of each season, IMAP will be waived on seasonal collection styles that are not being carried over. We will notify you via email with a list of SKUs when end of season price reductions may begin.
Please note we will be closely monitoring e-commerce sales and contacting any retailers in violation of our policies, or who we find are taking advantage with high frequency sale messages.
Inventory & Drop-Shipping
We’re here to help you keep your customers happy! We will be offering a limited drop-ship service upon request. If you sell a Rachel Riley product that you’re sold out of, please email email@example.com. If we have the item in stock, we’re happy to ship it direct to your customer for WS cost + $8 drop ship fee + shipping. Orders will be processed and invoiced through our B2B site: www.rachelrileywholesale.us. Full payment is required prior to shipping.
